Kids Can Fly to Host Virtual Event: “Spring-a-Ling Weekend”

Brant, ON – March 8, 2021- Students from Mohawk College’s Public Relations Graduate
Program are hosting a virtual fundraising event, “Spring-a-Ling Weekend” in support of Kids Can
Fly charity. The event will virtually connect Brant families by providing fun and educational
activities that support early childhood development.

Spring-a-Ling Weekend will take place from March 20-21, 2021 on Zoom video conferencing
platform to offer an interactive experience for guests.

The two-day event will feature a virtual trivia night, Crock A Doodle painting session and an at-
home plant-potting activity in partnership with Walter’s Greenhouse.

Sarah Disher-Neddow, previous board chair of Kids Can Fly says the event has exciting activities
for both children and their parents. “We are very excited to have the enthusiasm of Mohawk
College students to develop new and engaging fundraising events on our behalf! Spring-a-Ling
Weekend offers a choice of several family-friendly activities that are sure to appeal to a variety
of ages. By offering these activities online at a variety of price ranges, we hope that all families
will find one that will help them celebrate spring together.”

Tickets and registration information for Spring-a-Ling Weekend are available here.
