The researcher intends to find out the following during the course of research:
A. The aim of the project is to present a detailed study of the “trial before court of
session”.
B. The Objective of this research is to undestand procedure of trial.
HYPOTHESIS
I. The provisions of CrPC are Process of Criminal Trial in India.
II. Present a detailed study of the “trial before court of session”.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The researcher shall follow the doctrinal research methodology to complete this study.
