ACT In-Person or from a Distance

As teachers, our top priority is always the health and safety of the children we teach. Whether
students are in school, learning virtually, or both, teachers are uniquely positioned to notice warning
signs and reach out to students in need. For those teaching in-person and virtually, teachers can
serve as a lifeline for students struggling with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. As you
connect with your students in virtual classes or individually, remember: ACT
