A year and a half ago I bought a laptop from a specialized store in Chisinau. Regrettably, I
inform you that this laptop has never worked well. I took him to the store several times, and yet I
wasn't satisfied. Every time we got it back, something else wasn't working. I bought this laptop
because your company has a reputation with very good quality technologies. You can imagine
my stupidity and frustration when I realized it would never work as I would have liked, despite
the fact that I have fixed it several times. I'm writing to ask you for a new laptop in exchange for

Miss. Raru Ana-Maria is our part time employee since March 1, 2019, doing accounting for our
company. All this time, since her arrival in our company as a part time accounting professional,

unforeseen situations proving consequence and ingenuity by successfully solving any kind of
problem. By mentioning her professional skills, on the first line I should emphasize that besides
specialized training, she is such a person who is ready to learn and practice, in order to get

together. I really don't know what to do.
