2. Over the past year, LeAnn Fumishings Ltd has been struggling to compete with the other fumishings'
store in the Caribbean lsland of Tango. Customers seem to prefer the furnishing sold by LeAnn's
competitors and this has led to a decline in sales at LeAnn Furnishings. After doing some research,
the owner/manager, Petula Jones, discovered that a number of factors, including price, could
influence customer buying behaviour so she decided to remove some of the value-added feafures
