1. Do not leave any entry blank in assignment marks.

If student could not submit assignment


then write A in place of marks.
2. Please add roll number and marks of those students who are not included in your list through
link given in portal.
3. If system informs that marks are already included by other tutor then no need to enter that
assignment and enter only those assignments which are missing by actual tutor.
4. Print separate award list of additional students and send with original award list to regional
office when lock down is over.
5. You have to attach assignment forms(perts) with award lists. Keep one form in your record.
6. Original assignment with one assignment form is to be returned to student by post when lock
down is over.
7. Postal charges will be paid by the university with remuneration bill.
8. Online billing system will be provided to prepare remuneration bills and you will informed
when system is up.
9. Your CNIC is your registration number, no separate registration number will be issued.
10. If you receive any late assignment from student or regional office, you can accommodate
and enter marks in portal till closing date.
11. Complete marks entry till 27th April 2020
