new account.

Verification

To verify your account, you will need to make a photo of your passport or
upload scanned copies in your Skrill/NETELLER account.

A) For identity verification: photo of the main page of your passport with
your photo (if you don't have a passport, an ID card or driver's license
will be fine).

B) For address verification: photo of the page of your passport with

residence permit (if you don’t have a passport, the photo of the bank
statement or the utility bill payment receipt is suitable).

C) Since April 8, the verification process in the Skrill/NETELLER system

has changed. Instead of a selfie with a passport or ID card (for Europe),
it is now necessary to make a selfie with a sheet of paper with the words
"Skrill" or "NETELLER" and the date of application for account
verification.

Applying for VIP status

We can connect an existing account if:

1. The account is ​NOT​created by a personal link from another

affiliate.
2. The account does ​NOT​have VIP status at the moment.
3. There have been no Merchant deposits from the account in the last
six months.
