Pitch deck typically divided into 3 section, Intro section which include cover, the problem, the
solution and product demo. Then the second section is ‘The Why We’ll Make You Rich Section’
that covered the market size, business model, competition, underlying magic, go-to market plan
and team and the last section is ‘Wrap Up’ which explain your Milestone and fundraising
information.

Back to beginning, ‘Intro’ section is where you present your problem, your premise and the
solution you proposed to get the investors’s attention to your company. Create empathy with
investors from your problem is critical so you can introduce your company’s product and what
benefits they could get if they invested. Product demo is highly recommended to close your intro
where the investors could get ‘aha moment’.

Milestone can gives you credibility in front of audience and captures people’s attention for the rest
of your demo. Show how your revenue last month or if you don’t have income, you should attract
with user growth, monthly and active users.

‘The Why We’ll Make You Rich’ section purpose is to tell the investors why are you going to
make them rich. Started with tell them how about your market size, basically it’s a trick how big
your company could be in the future based on your prediction. With your predicition of how big
your company in the future, the investor sure want to know how you could make profit among the
competitors in your business field. Last, explain how you attract mass audience. The point is
proving that you can figure out ways to grow your business, both with a brilliant ideas and the
ability of your team to execute.

In the mean time, your fundraising information can’t be showed to everyone. Please be careful to
who you show this information and make sure they are accredited investors so its not mistakenly
used by irresponsible people.
