Crime Scene of the Death of Carl Arnaiz

A stage crime scene. This is according to PAO Lab Director Erwin Erfe after his
team examined the area along C3 Road where a supposed shootout happened between
Carl Arnaiz and the Caloocan City police. The crime scene where he was killed was
apperantly staged.

“The vegetation and soil were undisturbed and there were no trace of slugs. If
Arnaiz was indeed killed on the spot while he was in a supine position or facing up, there
would have been “bullet tracks” on the top of the soil,” Erfe told Rappler in a phone
interview.
