Aaron Real Estate. This is Monica. May I help you?
- 2:30…2:30. Yes, I can meet you there at 2:30
- Madison Avenue? Let me check….Oh, this one is not available anymore, but I do have
a house on Lincoln Street, which is quite near Madison.
-Sure. It has three rooms and a bath. The bath is pretty large, and there is a front yard too.
- It's pretty sunny and it's near public transportation too. There are a few things that need
to be done, though, but nothing serious.
- Right! What's your name, please?
- OK, Mr Bailey. Which ad exactly?
- Absolutely. What time would be good for you?
- Oh, the number! Sorry! It is 575, on Lincoln.
- Yes, see you, Me Bailey.
- You've been to Lincoln Street, haven't you? It's really nice, a very quiet area. Why don't
you take a look?

Customer
- So I guess you can tell me about that one.
- A few things to be done? I see. And, what's the neighbourhood like?
- Hi, I am calling about and ad in the paper today.
- Could that be today?

- The one in the Sunday News, about the house on Madison Avenue.
- I'll be free the whole day just for this business. Could it be around 2:30? I need to pick
