Dear Tyran Nguyen,

As being part of the BCOM Baddies, we created a contract in the beginning of the semester
where we outlined our team’s identity, culture, communication style, and expectations. We
agreed that our purpose is to provide OOROO Auto with our best consulting advice, as well as
being able to excel in our core classes. Our team culture consists of our ability to be reliable,
supportive, commutative, and collaborative. We will successfully grow as a team if all members
display these characteristics. Thus far, I have been able to examine your group persona.
Based off our team’s values, you are an important member of our group and your contributions
will help in our success. After working with you for over a month, I have been able to evaluate
your contributions, work ethic, and final products. Prior to our presentation, you consistently
attended group meetings, completed your work, and expressed your thoughts. Some
suggestions I have for you in terms of our meetings follow as: take lead more often and offer
help to show your support. You have an expressive personality, and these suggestions will be a
great way to share that characteristic.
Looking into your presentation skills, I have re-watched our presentation and analyzed your
part. You did a fantastic job at presenting the information clearly and smoothly, but I suggest
you talk slower. You do a great job at using your hands, but I would add more emotion /
excitement to keep your audience captivated. I recently watched a TED talk where they explain
how to engage the audience as well as tips on how to successfully present. I suggest watching
this TED talk as it will help you become an even better presenter.
I have found that you show great work ethic, communication skills, and efficiency, but also have
room for improvement. I recommend you take lead more often, offer more help to show your
group support, speak slower, and express excitement in your presentations. Prior to our next
presentation, I suggest we find a time to master these suggestions. Please feel free to reach out
to me at hayest@email.arizona.edu for any questions you may have.
Best regards,

Trew Hayes
