I have investigated your case in more detail, and based on information provided by the development
colleagues, this error is occurring after support package upgrade indeed, as other customers have been
reporting the same. That's the reason you haven't been experiencing the message M3024 before the
upgrade.

The correction to lock error M3024 came in with the note 2750967 (Parallel settlement to asset and
material), which is attached for you in this incident.

I've checked PE1/100 system and confirmed that all correction instructions have already been installed into
your system.

However, the message M3024 still occurs because the manual steps described in the note 2750967 haven't
been implemented in your system yet. Unfortunately the parameters for table T811FLAGS need to be
entered manually. Please refer to the section "Solution" of note 2750967, and proceed with the manual
steps.

This correction is very technical and it will not have any impact the results of settlement. It packages the
objects in settlement in a way that all senders which settle to the same material are processed in one
package. That way the material locks in parallel processing are avoided. The parameters are there to switch
this kind of packaging on and off.

After implementing the manual steps suggested above, your issue will be solved.
