Rationales for teams allocation in Mostar HO campus

Smartworking preconditions Collaboration between different teams
The concept of work in the new building is based on a The teams have been allocated considering their
combination of open space workstations and different scope of work and collaboration with other teams, for
collaborative areas (Co-Working, Think Tank, Flexi example IT department close to Retail, International
room, Meeting room etc.) without any single offices payments on the same floor as Domestic payments,

workstations per 100 employees).
Compatible to work with other teams in open
space, then teams that are formally required to
be segregated (Trading, Sales) or having particular
needs of discretion (Legal, Compliance, HR) have
not been allocated to the new building.
