VISUAL EVOKED RESPONSE . PAttCM REVCTSAI

FINDINGS:

The right eye evoked a latency response { 1'tSmq (RP100} using the pattern revertal
stimulus witfr tfrb active electrode piaced at the Oz. The latency re$ponse of the right eye was
slightly prolonged.

The left eye failed to produce a reprcducible response despite repeated etimulation.

CONCLUSION:

This is an ebnormal VER showing a mild (right eyei lo severe {left eye) conduction disorder along
the visual pathwayo. Please corelate clinically.
