6 Fitness certificate of Vehicle MDM enquired about fitness certificate of vehicle as per MDM/SP SIL requested some time for submission of the same. In this regard they will SIL 15.02.20
standard norms , which is due till date. LEPL share a status update on submission of the same by this week.

7 Tax token certificate
MDM enquired about tax token certificate of vehicle as per MDM/SP SIL mentioned that this documents might not be required as the vehicles are SIL To note
standard norms . LEPL running only within the project boundaries.
In this context SPLEPL mentioned that if SIL is confident about the legal
parameters of that , then they should confirm the same by writing .
PM mentioned that they will consult with their legal department and update
the status before next meeting.

10 Sprinkling of water for dust MDM expressed about the dust control by sprinkling of water MDM/SP SIL mentioned that water will be sprinkled to those area which are related to SIL To note

Road.

11 Schedule for Celebration of MDM enquired about the celebration schedule of safety day. MDM/SP SIL committed that they will share the same 07 days prior to the event. SIL 26.02.20

12 Fire Mock drill MDM enquired about conducting of Fire mock drill. MDM/SP SIL mentioned that this should be conducted once in three months. The 1st SIL 04.03.20
LEPL one will be conducted during safety week.

13 Hospital Tie up Certificate MDM enquired about Hospital tie up certificate which is due till MDM/SP SIL intimated that they have already applied for that and confirmation on the SIL 12.02.20

14 Health Check up MDM reminded SIL for health check up labours on regular MDM/SP SIL intimate that this should be conducted once in three months. This first SIL To note
