Capacity Development Resource Center (CDRC) in partnership with ADB/NRM has been
providing capacity development trainings to EA/IA’s staff working in ADB funded projects since
November 2015. The information on trainings conducted by CDRC and their brief contents is
provided as annex to this questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to identify training
needs of officials working under ADB assisted projects/implementing agencies with a view to
provide appropriate capacity development training courses by introducing additional courses, and
revision./improvement of the existing CDRC courses. CDRC kindly requests you to provide
information by filling the questionnaire. Such information will remain confidential and will be
