 Se usa para expresar acciones, actividades, rutinas, gustos…

Pasado Simple - Verbo To be

 Se usa para expresar estados, sentimientos, que ya han ocurrido

 Afirmativa:  Interrogativa y Negativa:

Pasado Simple II

 Se usa para expresar acciones que han pasado


 Afirmativa:  Interrogativa y Negativa:

Pasado simple - Verbos Irregulares

Verbos irregulares: aquellos a los que no se les añade las terminaciones –ed, -d, ied,
….sino que cambian completamente su forma de presente a forma de pasado.
Ejemplos: begin-began; drive-drove; find-found; go-went; have-had; know-knew;
(Listado completo de verbos irregulars en MoodeI, UA3).

 También para estos verbos se aplica las reglas expresadas previamente, siendo el
Auxiliar DID igual para todas las personas.
 Ejemplo: She did not give a present to her mother for her birthday; Did he tell his son
a story? Yes he did/ No, he did not tell his son a story.
 Time expressions > yesterday, two days ago, last week, last summer…
Presente continuo

 Se usa para expresar planes y predicciones


 Estructura: Sujeto+ verbo to be + going to + verbo en infinitivo
 Afirmativa:
 Interrogativa y Negativa:

Adjetivos

 Palabras que ayudan a describir personas, cosas y animales. Van delante del nombre
o sustantivo; no diferencian plural/singular; no diferencian masculino/femenino
• Her good-looking boyfriend. This is her boyfriend. He is good-looking.

• My little elephant. This is my pet. It is little.

• Your expensive watch. This is your watch. It is expensive.

• His beautiful sister. She is his sister. She is beautiful.

• Our small flat. This is our flat. It is small but very nice.

• Their big family.

 Se usan para describir a un sustantivo

Their = su (de ellos)

 Son los que sustituyen a los adjetivos posesivos + un


sustantivo para evitar repetir info. que ya está clara
