CONCLUSION

All the managers were very Co-operative and provided the information
which we wanted. Similar procedure was followed to deal with
absenteeism.

Mostly the managers didn’t change their organization. All managers said
the conflicts were rare and subordinates and seniors were highly

supportive which we doubt is the reality. We also came across the
challenges that they face as a manager.

Every manager has different risk involved depending upon the roles and
responsibilities. Almost all the organization has competitive subordinates
which are very supportive and like to work in team. They usually
encounter the issue of groupism which they solve through breaking the
group.

Issues like Groupism, Lack of Team work and cooperation is the certain
areas where manager has to work continuously.

Rewards and Incentives acts as motivation in maximum cases but some

work for Pride and Recognition.

All the managers told that to be a good manager, you need to be co-
operative and should have good command over the team in order to
obtain the organizational goal effectively and efficiently.
