“People should keep trying to reach

their goals, even if they seem impossible to achieve.” Use specific reasons and examples to
explain your position. 

It is significant that all people need to have purposes in their life. In my point of view, I
believe that it is needed to try harder and harder to achieve goals. Failures is one of the
obstacles to overcome on the road to success. I have a few reasons that why I agree with the
statement.
First of all, it is obvious that trying should never be stopped, even if everything is done wrong
in life. Because, all mistakes are steps which towards to reaching the goals. For instance,
Unless Thomas Edison had made the mistake 999 times, how he could find the light bulb on
the 1000th try. Besides, at the end of the trials, If final result of the goals are successfully
completed, the joy is unforgettably great which makes people more productive and successful
in their life. Secondly, generally, failure is defined as something negative. However, failures
also have positive sides. Even results of trials are not successfully completed, steps of the
trials might be enjoyful, which many lessons can be learn from failures.
In a conclusion, no matter how hard the goals are, they should be tried until the end and never
be given up in order to achieve them. There is a Latin phrase about this which is “Per ardua ad
astra” means that “through struggle to the stars.”

lectures and upload them to the school website for students to watch.

It is a fact that maybe there are millions of videos about every subject on the internet which
this situation started to become normal nowadays. I agree that they should upload lectures to
the schools websites which have various advantages for students. First of all, it is a great
opportunity for students, to complete their missing lessons, who missed the class due to
problems in their private life such as health problems. Furthermore, while studying, students
might feel the lack of in some subjects. In these cases, lessons are watched on the websites
and students can complete the topics which they feel incomplete. Besides, it is a great
advantage that it is beneficial for repeating lectures before exams so that students may able to
increase their points in the exams. Taking everything into account, uploading lecturers to the
schools websites is significant for all of reasons mentioned at the above which are skipped
lessons, missing course information and exam preparation.

 Which company do you prefer to work with, a company in which you work
independently, or a company with a tutor to help you?

It is clear that companies have various ways of working styles. In my point of view, it is best
to work in companies which have a tutor help worker. No doubt that, most of companies have
tutors to teach workers and improve their skills. First of all, in our era, it is almost impossible
for any person to know all information needed for any field of job. Because of that, it is
needed to educate people at field that he/she work in. Personally, I have been working in a
company which is called as “Turkey’s school of banking.”. Every year, catalog courses are
published and employees can apply 3 of the courses on any subject in the catalog. It is the
most beneficial time of a year for all of us to learn new information about what we interested
in. Moreover, There may be more than one way to come through a conclusion about a topic.
However, Sometimes, it is hard to find the best and right way. At this point, tutors can help
and show the way which is needed to follow. In conclusion, In my opinion, companies which
have tutors are beneficial at some ways which are learning new information and finding the
best and right way through the conclusion.
