1) MINIMUM ORDER:
For each leather patch design chosen, there is a minimum of 12 hats.For each hat style/color chosen, there is a
minimum of 6 hats. You can not mix and match the leather colors. (1 design = 12 hats / 2 designs = 24 hats) Hats and
beanies cannot be mixed to hit your order minimum. They are a separate minimum of 12 for hats and beanies.
2) TIERED PRICING:
Total number of hats determine the bracket, the color of the patch determines the price within each bracket. The larger the quantity, the less the cost
per hat. Once you have completed an order, you will be locked into that price tier until you reach the next one. Sale pricing does not apply*
3) TWO-WEEK TURNAROUND:
Your order will be shipped from our Mesa, AZ warehouse 2-weeks from the date we receive payment.
4) LEATHER PATCHES:
We use natural, vegetable-tanned leather for our patches, which ensures it can be burned safely with incredible durability. Choose from six leather
colors: Natural Tan, Black, Red, White, Blue and Green. Only one patch per hat, placed centered or to the side on the front. Patches not sold separately.
5) PREMIUM HEADWEAR:
All of our custom hats and beanies come with our BB logo on the side. There is a 6 hat minimum for each hat style/color chosen.
8) Branding Fee:
Once you are ready to move forward with your order, there will be a one-time branding set-up fee of $25 included on your invoice. This is for initial
orders only to have your logo file created for patch production.
10) TIMELINE:
You provide one hat style/color to get your design sheet started!
BB Design Team creates digital mock up (about a week)
You decide on your design and send BB complete hat order
BB sends an invoice with an easy click and pay option (2-3 days)
You review invoice and make payment (we do not accept changes to the order after 24 hours of payment being received)
BB starts production on your custom hats (2 weeks)
BB ships your hats and send you an email with your tracking number
