CERTIFICATE JOINING
INSTRUCTIONS

ACCESS MEMBER AREA
• This guide is designed to give you an overview on how to complete topics in the AIQS
Academy.
1. After receiving your topic activation email, click the link provided in the email to navigate to the
AIQS Academy log in page. Or log in at https://www.aiqsacademy.com/aiqs/welcome
2. Enter your AIQS Academy details in the Log in box.
3. Your Member Area will show the topic(s) that you have purchased under ‘TOPICS’. To view your
tax invoice(s) click ‘INVOICES’.
4. To proceed with your topic(s) click on the topic name.

TOPIC OVERVIEW PAGE
• The topic overview page gives you a summary of your selected topic.
• To view the reading material, click ‘READING MATERIAL’.
• To commence your selected topic click ‘COMPLETE ONLINE TOPIC’ .
• You are also able to view the information on the Topic Programme by clicking
‘PROGRAMME

PROGRESSING YOUR TOPIC
• The Topic dialogue box will step you through your selected topic, with an overview and
presentation shown first, followed by a series of closed questions that are compulsory.
• You must achieve 80% to be successful to achieve your Completion Certificate.

• Please note:
– You can close the topic dialogue box at any time and return to complete at a later time/date. All
answers that you have entered will be saved.
– If you need assistance, you can email your tutor via ‘HELP’.
– A selection of related documents can be found in ‘RELATED LINKS/ RELATED READING’ sections.

COMPLETING YOUR TOPIC
• Once all questions have been completed, your results will be displayed. If successful, the
following screen will be displayed and a certificate of completion will be emailed to you.
You are also able to view the certificate in the Member Area.
• Click X to close the topic dialogue box .

UNSUCCESSFUL
• If unsuccessful, click on the ‘NEXT’ button, this will take you to your first incorrectly
answered question, and allow you to answer the question again. You can then continue
through all remaining questions by clicking the next button.
• All questions will be marked and your result shown after the last question.
