Package includes the following:

• Illuminated portable Bar and all bar equipment and supplies
• All required glassware
• Bartenders
• Unlimited drinks consumption for a period of five (5) consecutive hours.
• Free of charge for any liquor, wines or beer client will bring.

Terms of payment: (Cash Payment)

• 20% down payment upon confirmation and signing of contract.
• Full payment of the balance to be settled before the open bar.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• In the event of cancellation, the booking fee/down payment paid is non-refundable; it
shall be liquidated damages to GQ Mobile Bar in the event of a breach of contract by
Client. The Client shall also be responsible for payment to GQ Mobile Bar for any
charges incurred up to the time of cancellation.
• Incidental charges such as broken and loss glass/es will be paid by the Client accordingly.
• In case of overtime, rate will start at Php5,000.00 per hour depending on the number of
persons booked. In case the agreed-upon number of guests exceeded, Php250.00 per head
will be charged.
• Meals for the staff shall be provided by the Client.
