replacement (if beyond repair) of the Subscriber's Mobile Device for Accidental and Liquid Damage. The Program also
provides Online Technical Support and Pick-up and Delivery services for repairs in respect of the Mobile Device stated
above subject to the terms and conditions of the Group Master Policy issued by MAA General Assurance Philippines, Inc.

Subscriber must notify AmTrust of product issue within 48 hours of incident, failing which the service request will not be entertained.
