Group Assignment (Guidelines)

This will be a group assignment. This group assignment will carry 30% of your carry
marks.

According to Universiti Malaya (UM) Educational Psychology and Counseling


Department head Prof Loh Sau Cheong, factors like school size, location or site, and
class size; teacher-teacher and teacher-student
relationships; facilities including libraries, technical workshops and
laboratories; teacher quality, school management, teaching methods
and peer influence are variables that affect students’ academic performance or
achievement. (The Star, Sunday, 26 Jul 2020).

Based on the above, discuss how a conducive environment in school can be created
that motivates both teachers and students in the teaching and learning process,
especially during the present pandemic situation.
