ORDER Under Reg.14(a)(1)_ of APSEB Service Regulations Part-ll, as adopted, 1 (Eighteen) Nos Asst Executive Engineers(Elec.) and 4 (Four) Nos Asst Engineers(Elec.) as mentioned in the Annexure appended to this order are promoted temporarily to act as Deputy Executive Engineers (Electrical) with effect from the date of assumption of charge. 2. The promotion ordered in para-1 above is purely temporary and is liable to be terminated at any time without notice and without assigning any reasons thereto. 3. The promotion ordered in para-1 above is without prejudice to the seniority of the officers that will emerge after review of FCG list of Assistant Engineers of Electricity Department as on 01.11.1956 is finalized. 4. The promotion ordered in para-1 above is liable to be reviewed based on the outcome of ; a) W-P.No.2360-91/1983 filed by Retired Officers of the Board and pending in the ‘Supreme Court and W.P.Nos.77074/93, 17126/93, 5221/93, 1019/92 pending in the High Court of AP. b) —_ WP.No.19836/2000, W.P.No.3470/2008 and 14264/2009 pending before the Hon'ble High Court of A.P, and c) Result of final allocation of State Cadre employees between APGENCO and TSGENCO, that may occur as per the A.P.Reorganisation Act.,2014, besides subject to the outcome of batch of writ petitions, No.16849/2015 and others Pending before the Hon'ble High Court / Supreme court of Judicature at Hyderabad. 5. The 18 Nos Asst Executive Engineers/4 Nos Asst Engineers (Elecl) on temporary promotion as Deputy Executive Engineers (Electrical) and 6 Nos Deputy Executive Engineers (Electricaly/(Civil)(Mech.) on transfer are posted to the place noted against their names in the Annexure appended to the order. 6. The concemed controlling officers are requested to e the above Engineers immediately by making local arrangements so as to enable them to join as Deputy Executive Engineers (Electrical)/(Civil)/(Mech.) on promotion/transfer at the place of posting ordered in the Annexure appended to this order. If they fails to join or evade joining within stipulated period or proceed on leave from the date of receipt of this order, their promotion rights shall be forfeited for the current panel year and the names of such candidates shall be placed before the next DPC for the consideration in the next panel year subject to availability of vacancy in terms of G.0.0. 1” cited.
