know the syllabus and exam pattern before appearing for the SBI PO examination and prepare according-
ly.However, there is no information regarding the SBI PO Syllabus 2020 in the official notification but candidates
can always refer to the below listed syllabus and exam pattern, which are listed according to the 2019 official notifi-
cation.

 The SBI PO Exam 2020 will be conducted in three stages i.e, Phase-I (Prelims), Phase-II (Main) and Phase-
III (Interview/Group exercise).

SBI PO Exam Pattern for Mains

The Main examination will have an objective type test and a descriptive test. The tables for both the tests are given
below.

 The objective test in the Main examination will be conducted for 180 minutes and the total number of ques-
tions will be 155.
 For correct answers, there will be different sectional marking and for every incorrect answer 1/4th of the as-
signed marks will be deducted.

SBI PO Syllabus for Mains - Descriptive

 In the descriptive type test, 2 questions will be asked and the test will be conducted for 50 marks.
 The candidates will have to complete the test in 30 minutes.
