1- Requirement :
1.1 Elements displacement : According to ISO 8124/3
1.2 Softening point: According to SABS 244\1978 that the Softening
point should don’t be less than 54 ºC .
1.3 Free of defects :
At less 95% of tested pencils (according to SABS 244\1978) should
be soft texture and free of crust, crack and holes or any defects
that on the performance and durability.
1.4 All raw materials shall be health acceptable in Iraq or country of
manufacture.
1.5 Radiation Contamination : As stated by the authorized entities
2- Marking :
2-1 Each pen should marked in name of manufacturer or trade mark or
both
2-2 Packs
- Name of product
- Name of manufacturer or trade mark or both
- Quantity
- Color if the pack contains one color
- Size
- Country of manufacture
3- Packing : Each pen should packed in appropriate paperback or the
creditors, The pens should packed in suitable containers and not
affected by normal use, transportation and keeps the contents of the
fracture.
