1. If you get the ball what would you do?
A. Pass the ball
B. Dribble then pass the ball
C. Dribble the ball then shoot
D. Shoot as fast as possible

2. Thrower-in A-1, from his/her frontcourt, passes the ball directly into the backcourt to A2.
When A-2 touches the ball, the official rules a backcourt violation. Is the official correct?

Team control continues until:

Basket interference occurs when a player:
A. Art. 1 Touches the ball or any part of the basket (including the net) while
the ball is on or within either basket.

cylinder which has the basket ring as its lower base.
C. Art. 3 Touches the ball outside the cylinder while reaching through the
basket from below.

A. Art. 1...Continuous motion applies to a try or tap for field goals and free
throws, but it has no significance unless there is a foul by any defensive
player during the interval which begins when the habitual throwing
movement starts a try or with the touching on a tap and ends when the ball
is clearly in flight.
B. Art. 2...If an opponent fouls after a player has started a try for goal, he/she
is permitted to complete the customary arm movement, and if pivoting or
stepping when fouled, may complete the usual foot or body movement in
any activity while holding the ball. These privileges are granted only when
the usual throwing motion has started before the foul occurs and before
the ball is in flight.
C. The becomes dead, or remains dead, when:
A foul, other than player-or team-control, occurs (see exceptions a, b and c
below)
Exception: The ball does not become dead until the try or tap ends, or until
the airborne shooter returns to the floor, when;
D.  Art. 7 occurs by any opponent of a player who has started a try or tap for
goal (is in the act of shooting) before the foul occurred, provided time did

continuous and begins after the ball comes to rest in the player's hand(s)

clearly in flight. The trying motion may include arm, foot or body
movements used by the player when throwing the ball at his/her basket.

clearly a sac bunt situation. You tighten up your corners and have your middle
infielders begin to cheat step (read hitters hands) to cover one and three. What pitch
do you have your pitcher throw and where in the zone?
A. Drop ball down the middle thigh high
B. Flat curve or slider on either corner of the plate
C. Change up down and away
D.  Rise ball at the top of strike zone

2. When should your center fielder assist the infield and move into cover second?
A. On a line drive hit down either the left field or right field  line
