NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of the instructions of the Govt. of the Punjab, the ONLINE /On Campus schedule is
following w.e.f. 12.04.2021 till 28-4-2021 due to current surge in the cases of COVID19 in the
country.
Sr. No. Program Description
1 BS/MSc All students enrolled in their FINAL Semesters like (8th and 4th
Semesters of BS and MSc), respectively shall study On Campus
for on-time completion of their degree programs. All students of
the remaining semesters of the BS and MSc Programs shall study
Online with respect to their Time Table Schedule
2 MS/M.Phil. All students enrolled in their Research Semesters like (3rd and 4th
Semesters of MS/MPhil) shall attend Campus for their research
and Theses for on-time completion of their degree programs. All
of the students of the remaining semesters shall take their classes
Online.
3 PhD All students doing research work in their PhD Programs shall
attend Campus, whilst all the students of the remaining semesters
shall take classes Online.

2. Online studying students are directed to ensure attendance of their online classes
as the attendance in online classes is mandatory.
3. Precautionary measures and SOPs regarding COVID-19 for working environment
shall be followed in true letter and spirit.
This is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
