Position Purpose
The foremost responsibility of this position is the responsibility for selection,
recruiting and screening of the candidates. Handle employee relationships,
performance and training. The manager should plan, coordination and
communicate administrative functions of the organization

Manage the hiring process which includes identification of new resource, 5 5
advertising, selection and recruitment along with on-boarding process

Builds Company’s image and goodwill through professional approach 5 5

Boost employee performance through performance management tool / 4 4

Create job description and specification according to the company’s 4 4


requirement
Create policies and procedures for smooth function 3 3

Maintaining employee handbook and staffing chart of organization 3 3

Process payroll and maintain employee compensation and benefit data 3 3


Address employee relationships, administer personnel-related issues 3 3
includes participation in disciplinary and termination meetings

Prepares different reports like:- 3 3


• Daily Report,
• Updated Employee Data
• Talent Management Report
• HR Annual Report & KPIs

• Qualification: MBA preferably in HR


• Age: Preferably 22-30 years
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years proven. Fresh with excellent academic
background First Division
