GENERAL
 How can I purchase an item?
You can purchase our items through our website www.earthlingstudio.com or chat us through

 Do you have a physical store?
No, however we join bazaars and market pop ups quite often. Please stay in touch with us through
our social media so we can update you.
 Where are your products from?
All products are designed and manufactured in Indonesia. Most of our fabrics are sourced locally to
support local communities, however some of our sustainable fabrics are also sourced from Austria,
Sweden and Belgium. Details of fabric origin will be provided in product page when available. We
comply with the the ethical standards of employment which includes no child labour, a safe and fair
working conditions, fair working hours and living wage.
 Are your products hypoallergenic?
Our eco-friendly products are hypoallergenic, please refer to the item description in the item page.
 Do you accept custom order?
No, we currently do not accept custom order.
 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship via DHL worldwide, excluding South America, Central America, Russia, China, India,
Africa. Please check International Order section to find out more.
 Where is the product measurement?
Product measurement are listed on each item page. Alternatively please see the sizing guide below.
 Will you restock sold out items?
We cannot guarantee that we will restock sold out items since our fabrics are usually made by order.
In any case, please fill in your email on the item page to be notified once your desired item is back in
stock.
 Do you offer refund & exchanges?
We issue refund only on faulty products. We offer size exchanges. Please check our Returns page for
more detail.

ORDERING
 Can I add more/ edit items after submitting an order?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow you to edit or add once an order has been placed. Simply
create a new order or contact us through email or Whatsapp immediately with the below details

 What’s my order status?
You will automatically receive an update of your order through your email every time your order got
processed.
 Can I cancel my purchase?
Placed orders cannot be cancelled.
 Do I need to sign up for a member’s account to order and check out?
Yes., we require only your name and email account. By doing so, you will have access promotional
campaigns, birthday discounts and express check out.

PAYMENT
 We accept bank transfers for local & Australian orders.
 We also accept Mastercard, VISA, and AMEX through Paypal.
 We accept Indonesian rupiah (IDR) for local orders.

ABOUT US
Earthling Studio is founded in 2020 and headquartered in Surabaya, Indonesia. We are highly aware
and concerned of the fact that our home country is the second biggest contributor of plastic waste in
the world. While Indonesia is one of the biggest player in the garment industry, few people know
that our people are not living on a living wage.

We love our planet and we’re mindful of the impact we make on it and its people. We plan to induce
more earthlings to care more about the planet by being careful and wise with their buys. Therefore,
we create this brand, where people can access sustainable garments.

The stigma of sustainable garments is that they are basic and monotonous- a stigma which we would
like to challenge. We are here not just providing garments with eco-friendly fabrics. We are a
sustainable fashion label, creating eco-friendly garments with our own flairs and distinctiveness.
Creativity is our core, nature is our field.

We all owe this to our planet, after all we are all earthlings.

DELIVERY
 Earthling ships anywhere in Indonesia via JNE. You will get the tracking code as soon as your
products are dispatched. We currently do not offer delivery with other courier.
 Orders are shipped within 1-7 days after payment has been confirmed.
 Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only. We are not held liable for any delay in
delivery once product has been dispatched to freight companies.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER
International
 We do not accept bookings on item. We will process order only after payment has been
confirmed.
 We ship via DHL worldwide, excluding South America, Central America, Russia, China, India,
Africa. This is due to the fact that shipping bound to those countries are often misdelivered
and custom issue. We do not offer shipping with any other courier.
 Due to importing restrictions on many countries, the only type of product that we can ship
internationally is garments.
 We do not accept exchanges and returns for international order. Don’t worry, we double
check our international packages, so we can 100% guarantee there will be no faulty items.
 For international orders, we accept AUD (via Bank Transfer) and USD (via Paypal). Please
note that Paypal and your credit card company may charge a small international transaction
or exchange rate fee if your local currency is different. Please contact your credit card
companies for more details about this.
 All shipment will have a tracking code.
 Shipping cost will vary based on location, weight and dimension. To get an accurate estimate
of your order, please contact us via email with this information below filled

 We charge international processing fee. This fee varies depending on your country’s custom
& duty complexity to compensate our team’s extra effort processing trickier international
orders. The amount is usually at par with your country’s GST rate. For instance, 7.5% on US,
10% on Australia, 7% on Singapore, 10% on Japan, 25% on Denmark & Sweden, 19% on
Germany, 20% France.
 We follow our export & import guidelines, thus we will declare out items in full transparency
with customs. You may incur additional custom & duty fees, depending on your country
regulations. We are not held liable of any additional cost incurred to these processes, and it
is solely the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, if you’d like us to arrange a prepaid
duty/ tax shipment, please let us know in your email when ordering.
 Australia: According to Australian Border Force, no duty fee will be imposed
for purchases under AUD 1,000. For more information, please contact
Australian Border Force as we are not liable for any unexpected extra
charges and fees. We charges 10% order processing fee for Australian
orders.
 US: According to US Customs & Border Protection, no duty will be imposed
for purchases under USD 800. For more information, please contact US
Custom & Border Protection as we are not liable for any unexpected charges
and fees. We charges 7.5% order processing fee for US orders.
 Singapore: According to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, no duty will
be imposed for purchases under SGD 400. This amount includes product
value, freight and insurance fee. For more information, please contact IRAS
as we are not liable for any unexpected charges and fees. We charges 7%
order processing fee for Singaporean orders.
 Others: ASEAN countries usually have lower customs threshold, so there will
be extra duty and tax fees charged by your government. Some that we know
are Thailand USD 18, Malaysia USD 120, Cambodia USD 50, Myanmar USD
50, Vietnam USD 40. This number might change yearly, so please check with
your own custom office. Alternatively, you can arrange a prepaid duty/tax
shipment with us to find out how much the costs are in advance.

International order invoice example

Country: USA. As the total invoice is $347.3 (below $800), the customer will not pay duty /
tax.
RETURN POLICY
 Refund will be issued only if our product are faulty. We will reimburse the product cost and
shipping cost.
 All refund will be processed and transferred to you within 1-7 days.
 We only issue refund through bank transfer. Please contact us via Whatsapp or Email with

 All products can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt unless stated otherwise in the
product description.
 We do not reimburse the shipping cost for exchanges.
 Packages lost in transit will not be reimbursed. We encourage you to use a insurance and
keep the delivery slips for documentation purposes.
 Products exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused, tags attached and sent to us with
the original packaging.
