12. Excessive reliance on social media can be a
cause of tension in relationships.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
What is Emotional Intelligence?
Emotional Intelligence is the ability to understand,
use, and manage our emotions.
It is sometimes called EQ (or EI) for short. Just as
a high IQ can predict top test scores, a high EQ
can predict success in social and emotional
situations.
EQ helps us build strong relationships, make good
decisions, and deal with difficult situations.
IMPROVING YOUR EQ
Emotional Intelligence is a combination of several
different skills:

25 Most Common Relationship Problems
instruction:
1. The class will be grouped into 4 groups
.they will count off 1, 2, 3, 4, 1……..
2. They are going to list down the most
common relationship problems. Every
grouped will only have 5 minutes to brain
storm.
3. After 5 minutes one of the representative
every group will share it in class.
