EN - use:1
During start
Perform daily checks, see Service.
Test run the machine coupler and check
that it works correctly in all respects.
Check that the lift hook works in all
respects.

During use
Operate the base machine and
attachment using gradual movements.
This ensures higher precision and
reduced wear.
Continue to be attentive for signs of
reduced function.
Use the machine coupler within the
specified limits for load, working pressure
and scope. See the type plate

When finished
Loosen and park the attachment on a
firm and flat surface, ensure that it cannot
overturn.
Perform daily checks, see Service.

Lifting with the lift hook

Extend the bucket cylinder to its end
position.
It is presupposed that lifting is carried
out using appropriate and adapted
equipment, for example, chains,
wires or lifting slings, and that the
permitted load is not exceeded. See
the technical data
Do not perform any lifting if the safety
latch on the lift hook is damaged. If
this is the case, contact an accredited
service provider.
The maximum load is calculated
based on the base machine being
driven on flat and firm ground. Work
must be carried out with respect to
the condition of the substrate.

© Rototilt Group AB 2200369_ EN _7721 2019-06-13 English

EN - use:2
Detach the attachment
Position the attachment horizontally,
resting on firm ground.
The attachment must not change position
when the machine coupler's lock is
opened.
When the machine coupler’s locking
wedge is fully open, the tool can be
detached by slowly retracting the bucket
cylinder.

IMPORTANT - If the attachment can fall or change

! position in connection with the procedure, there is a risk of
damaging the attachment and/or the machine coupler.
Attach the attachment
Open the machine coupler and check
that the indication shows that the coupler
is open.
Position the machine coupler so that its
coupling mechanism is correctly aligned
with the attachment’s attachment frame.
Now slowly pivot the attachment by
extending the bucket cylinder.
Adjust with small shaft or boom
movements if necessary.
Lock the attachment and verify that the
indicator rod has moved into the locked
position.

Inspection of the quick coupler

locking function
Even if the indication shows that the
locking wedge has engaged in the
locked position, perform the following
test to check the attachment is attached
securely:
Push the attachment forwards towards
the ground, see the illustration to the left.
Operate the bucket in this position,
inwards and outwards to check that the
locking wedge has locked the attachment
correctly.
In the event of uncertainty; exit the cab
and conduct a visual inspection.
