REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the World Bank have agreed on support for
preparing and implementing the One Map program (5-years IBRD financing project) – (the
“Project”) and intend to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service as Senior
Spatial Land Data Analyst. Senior Spatial Land Data Analyst will be hired to deal with spatial
data cleansing in the Ministry of ATR/BPN, for the detailed scope of work (SoW) can refer to
the TOR of the position. The engagement is expected for 6 months starting from April to
September 2021.

To ensure that the services will be performed as expected, the position holder shall have the
following qualifications and experience.

i. Holding minimum education of S1 (Bachelor Degree) in the field of Geodesy (Survey

and Mapping);
ii. Possessing more than 15 years of license from the country of origin; c.
iii. Having more than 10 years of experiences in surveying and cadastral mapping and at
least 5 years of experiences in handling survey and cadastral mapping in process
automation and its accuracy;
iv. Showing experience in system development and management of cadastral mapping
and measurement databases for government agencies from various countries;
v. Having experienced in the field of survey adjusted cadastral modeling, to handle cases
of land parcel spatial data anomalies;
vi. Having experience working with government agencies and other private and non-profit
agencies.

PMU of Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project) now invites eligible
consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must
provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures,
description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate
skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. The
consultant team will be selected following the procedures set out in the World Bank’s
Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultant by World Bank Borrowers (current
edition). Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below during
