I want to bring the kids to the carpet with their whitebaords. I will put a subtraction equation on the baord and see if they know what to do then
ask a few students what they did. I will then ask the students to tell me numbers and what to do next to solve the equation. I will introduce the
Summary
worksheet to them. I will then have them flash me their teen numbers because the front of the worksheet has teen numbers then explain the back

REFLECTIONS
The first time I did this lesson I didn't bring them to the rug. Giving an example of subtraction and letting them solve, may make it easier for them
Prediction
on what to do when they do back. I know this group also is easier to manage behavior wise so I hope it goes smoother than the first time
