How to write an email?

i. Put in the receiver and sender email address


ii. Determine the subject of your email
iii. Insert greetings/ salutations. Example:
Dear Manaf, Hi Hana, …
iv. Message (body of the email)
v. Leave taking. Example:
Sincerely, best regards, yours faithfully, …
vi. Signature – including name

Teacher’s reflection:
1. Students able to list 6 elements in the email
2. Unable to complete the task, writing a self-introductory email during gmeet session.
3. Need to shorten the waiting time for students to join the session.
4. Need to explain the instruction in a simpler way.
5. Only 6 students able to achieve the learning objective as they were able to write an
introductory email using correct format and able to answer the ‘wh-questions’.
