test, and of course importantly with socializing other people.
● Nurses must be well equipped with knowledge.

School
No recommendation due to the unpredictability of time. Still we are not sure if
schools will be reopened for the next school year.

Family
● Parents should gain knowledge for child development
● Provide time for family bonding
● Parents should teach the children proper manners such as honoring gestures or
pagmamano, giving respect to elders, and asking permission when going out.

Community
● Improve cleanliness in community
● Inform about things regarding child development
● Set programs such as family day or conducting fun and educational activities.

Conclusion
The child:
● was able to pass all the screen tests
● was very cooperative although sometimes distracted
● overcome shyness, felt comfortable
● developmental milestone was achieved

Student Nurses:
Since we already know each other for a very long time, I have no difficulty in
conducting the test. I am able to manage everything although sometimes the child
is distracted by other people but luckily, I can easily get her attention without
repeatedly calling her name.
