Any item creation feat

You know how to use the innate magical properties of dragons to enhance your item
creation process.

Benefit: When you have full access to the corpse of a dragon dead less than one
week per age category, you may reduce your gold and experience cost for
creating magic items by 25%. This reduction stacks with the Magical
Artisan feat for a total reduction of 50%.

The item creation process must be started within the time frame above, but
can extend beyond it if needed. You must have complete access to the
entire (reasonably intact) corpse of the dragon for the entire creation
process. If you loose access to the corpse (by theft or other means) then
the item creation process fails and the materials invested are wasted.

No more than 1 item per two age categories of the dragon can benefit from
this cost reduction, regardless of the length of time each item takes to
create. Thus an age category 12 dragon corpse could only produce 6
potions at the reduced price despite each potion taking only a day or two
to complete and the fact that the corpse is “good” for twelve weeks.
However, six mages working simultaneously could each produce a +10
weapon or armor at reduced cost given the same age corpse as each could
start the process while the dragon corpse was still fresh.

Temporal stasis can be used effectively to extend the life of the corpse, but
to be considered “accessible” the corpse cannot be in stasis while an item
is being created. Thus each day of item creation time counts as a day of
spoilage for the corpse. Therefore, such attempts to prolong the life of the
dragon corpse are of only limited use.
