Note - Here we will only discuss about condition -1 Setting Values-


Different OEM provide different type of setting
calculation for 3rd harmonic voltage ratio protection, but
the best way is to measure actual 3rd harmonic voltage
ratio during commissioning of generator.
Pre Sync Setting- 150 % of the maximum measured
third harmonic voltage ratio during normal condition
before the generator is connected to the power system.
Post Sync Setting- 150 % of the maximum measured
