I have seven years of experience as a Nurse Aide in various positions. I achieved my Medication Aide License in
early 2015 which allowed me to perform either position as needed. At Spring Arbor of Salisbury, I provided a
leadership role. When placed as supervisor, I lead my staff to strive for teamwork and quality care of our residents.
This included implementing a higher quality of care and getting to know the residents. At Bickford of Chesterfield, I
provided quality care, medication administration, and a supervisory role to my team members. In my role as a
Patient Care Tech at St. Mary’s Hospital – General Surgery, I applied time management skills and carry an
eagerness to learn. These responsibilities carried over into my current position of Emergency Department
