I believe providing students with honest guidance, but also allowing for collaboration of

to say is respected. Although I am a task oriented worker, I care exponentially in regard to what
other people are thinking and feeling throughout the course of any day. Providing any
subordinate with my leadership philosophy will hopefully make students and coworkers
passionate, happy, and excited about the work environment in which we all reside.
