Synopsis: Malefic it is a young and beautiful fairy with huge eagle wings that lives in the

Marshlands, a fantastic kingdom within a huge and large forest very close to a human

kingdom. As a child, she met and quickly became friends with a young farmer named

Stefan, who lived in poverty, with a stable like his house, and who dreamed of living in the

castle of the human kingdom one day. Like Malefic, he also lost his parents. As they grew

up, they both fell in love, and even culminated in a kiss of true love at age 16. Then, they

ended up moving away due to Stefan's progressive and excessive ambition. Because of this,

as time goes by, he stops visiting her, ending the relationship.

One day, Diaval informs Malefic that King Stefan and Queen Flor will celebrate the

baptism of their newborn daughter, Princess Aurora. In revenge for Stefan's betrayal,

Malefic arrives without an invitation and after giving her a special gift immediately curses

baby Aurora to sleep forever, which will have an effect on her 16th birthday, Stefan,

increasingly paranoid of Maleficent and her revenge, burn all the wheels of the kingdom

and place them locked in the dungeons in the basement of his castle. For her safety, she

sends Aurora to live with three good fairies (Flora, Fauna and spring) in a cabin in a forest

clearing, until the day after her birthday.

He finally retrieves his wings and subsequently begins a battle with the king. Maleficent

manages to defeat the king at the top of a tower stating that the battle is over, but Stefan not

wanting to accept defeat attacks Maleficent and together they fall into a certain death from

the top of the tower, but Maleficent manages to free himself from the hands of Stefan while

this falls to his death.

After that, Aurora is named by Maleficent as the queen of humans and, achieving the

unification of the two kingdoms forever, while Prince Phillip, who is at his side and totally

in love with her, watches her. Maleficent returns with Diaval and both rise in flight to the

sky, and Aurora tells that this is the true story, since she was that famous princess who for

many years called the sleeping beauty thus ending the film.
