General Instruction:
1. Please make sure that you are fit to do the tasks. Students who have medical conditions or alike may abstain from performing the activities.
Please inform your teacher about this.
2. This diary will record the mobility exercises that you will be doing for 5 days.
3. Choose three (3) exercises out of the suggested mobility exercises that can be found in Module 1
(https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BYf6_KsdWcTBvPYj5i_gxNnWZIxh-KeU/view) page number 9-10.
4. Before doing the exercises, make sure to perform stretching and warm up exercises to prepare your body.
5. Perform these exercises properly with 8 counts per exercise and 2 repetitions.
6. Fill in the needed information below.
7. To validate your exercises, you must take two (2) pictures of yourself doing the exercises and paste it in the given space below.
8. Send your file at our Messenger GC.
9. After sending, take a screenshot of it and send the picture to Quipper Essay that will serve as your submission receipt.
10. Submission will be on April 19, 2021, 11:59 pm.
