Dharmadev Infrastructure Limited was incorporated on 16th

August, 2005 as Private Limited company and was converted to
DHARMADEV INFRASTUCTURE LIMITED in March 2010. The
company operates in two segments viz. Housing with specialization in
affordable Housing by way of developing world class homes in
Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat and Mumbai.

The company owns a chain of economic and premium budget class

Hotels under the popular banner of Neelkanth. The most outstanding
of them is Hotel Patang – a 221 feet high Revolving Restaurant
the only spot that gives a 360 degree view of Ahmedabad. It is now a
landmark of and pride of Ahmedabad and Gujarat.

Dharmadev Infrastructure Limited has emerged as a leading

building construction & development companies of Ahmedabad in last
2 decades, with a proven track record of expertise in real estate
properties. It has been developing residential, commercial, corporate &
institutional properties.

Man at the Helm

Shri Umangbhai Thakkar who has nurtured DHARMADEV Group

Mr. Umang Thakkar and has developed several projects in and
around city of Ahmedabad. It’s being an identity of Dharmadev Group,
for it’s world-class infrastructure with value-added services while
caring for serene environment in every luxurious Residential
Apartments, Bungalows, state-of-the-art Commercial Complexes, and
Warehouses. Over the years, he has successfully completed number of
Award-winning Projects worth Rs.4277 million at different locations of
Ahmedabad city.

About the Company

Since the execution of first contract in 1990 Dharmadev

Infrastructure Limited (since March 2010) has grown to become
what one of our clients calls "a world class construction company." Any
successful construction project is a complex composition of planning,
positioning, and execution. We have earned national prominence by
fine tuning these individual elements into a harmony of efficiency in
the construction of diversified projects throughout Gujarat and
Mumbai. Today it’s a ISO 9001-2000 group company with a tur nover
of Rs 50 Crs and land base and siconstrues under construction of more
than Rs 700 crs spread in to vast array of Projects in and around
Ahmedabad detailed at the end of this Profile.

M/s. Dharmdev Infrastructure Ltd. (DIL), is a flagship company,

incorporated on 16th August,2005, of Dharmadev group based at
Ahmedabad, engaged as PROJECT CONSULTANT /DEVELOPER. The
Company promoted by Mr. Umang H. Thakkar, who has having very
rich experience in Building construction / project development, Hotel
Business and many more Business Activities. The main object of the
company is to develop the various Residential Apartment Schemes.
Presently company is engaged to develop residential scheme as

of the 21st century and applauded for his dynamic entrepreneur
pioneering genius. The young, energetic & hardworking man – Mr.
Umang Thakkar, who has humble but confidently & visionary beginning
of his career and gradually he has been able to create Striking &
Sterling Business Empire in the area of Building & Construction.

Mr Thakkar has been in the construction industry for more than 18

years. The group has made a name for itself owing to its quality
consciousness, high standards of workmanship, ability to complete
project timely and for delivering what had been promised. It has been
able to complete all the projects and none of the project has been
abandoned for want of funds or for any technical & legal issues.

Today, because of his single minded focus, he has been able to create
an image of the group as one which delivers quality construction, and
value for money. It can be stated that the goodwill developed by the
group in the short span is truly remarkable and now he is taking the
group to the next higher level of growth.

Mrs. Thakkar aged is also a graduate. She is fully involved as Chief

Operating Officer in the Hospitality business at Corporate level and as
Chief Executive Officer for administrative and co-ordination functions
at office level.

Brief history of the Company

The company was formed on 16the August, 2005. DIPL is Private

Limited Company registered with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat
Registration No.: 452001GJ2005PTC46616 2005-06.

The main objects of the company as mentioned in clause no: III(A) of

memorandum of association, the company is entitled to carry on
business of real estate developer and as such, empowered to
undertake the present scheme. As per sub clause (B) – 39 and 46 of
the aforesaid memorandum, company is empowered to borrow and
guarantee the loan for the purpose of his project. As per clause 53 of
Articles of Association, the board of directors have full powers to
borrow money on behalf of and for the company.
