RME-H3 NEW Wireless Smart Lighting Node

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The NEW Dimonoff RME-H3 is a future-proof, complete and scalable
one-module lighting control system. It includes firmware architecture that
adapts to future evolution of radio technologies (including LoRa, NBIoT and
others). It suits both small and large networks that use groups, zones, adaptive
lighting, scheduling functions and many other state-of-the-art features.

The RME-H3 is compatible with the ANSI C136.41 7-pin receptacle. By

activating several H3s on street lights and parking sites (such as car dealer-
ships and shopping centers), you can create a wireless mesh network that
enables connectivity for other types of sensors and connected devices.

AT A GLANCE
NEW: Wirepas protocol with SiLabs radio enables frequency hopping (multiple-channel radio) in order to minimize the
impact of interference on communications

NEW: Voltage on the H3 is autocalibrated. This results in both more precise metering and fewer false alarms
NEW: Enhanced revenue-grade power metering (up to 0.5% accuracy) with multiple user-configurable alarms

NEW: Includes real-time operating system (RTOS) that can run multiple simultaneous tasks with minimal latency

Complete integration with Dimonoff’s Gateways and Smart Central Management System including Dimonoff | SCMS &
DOO-Express software platform

Compact addressable modules that offer advanced wireless control, monitoring and metering for each fixture

On/Off switching and flexible dimming, adjustable minimum and maximum levels with 1% steps

Integrated photocell. In its default configuration, the photocell operates immediately upon installation (no need for a
network connection)

Tilt sensor included

Compatible with BACnet via Dimonoff gateways

LUMINAIRES
NEW: You can choose between 0-10V dimming or DALI interface (DALI standard IEC 62386 including SR and Dexal)
NEW: Adaptable DALI with or without DALI bus power supply
Adaptable Sink & Source 0-10V output compatible with all dimming drivers

The Dimonoff Wireless Smart Lighting Node is made for LED fixtures, but it is also compatible with other technologies,
including HPS (high-pressure-sodium), MH (metal-halide) and MV (mercury vapor). The one module works with voltages
ranging from 110 to 480 Vac and 50/60Hz.

The 7-pin photocell/node/controller with receptacle (ANSI C136.41) supports optional digital and analog sensors (e.g.
motion-based lighting controls, adaptive lighting or advanced lighting controls) through pins 6 and 7. It is also compatible
with ANSI C136.41 5-pin and ANSI C136.10 3-pin standard receptacles with no light level control.

INSTALLATION
The Dimonoff mobile scanning app enables quick, simple and economical commissioning. Upon installation, it performs
both an instant functional test and geolocation. As an option, you can add GPS hardware directly in the RME for
enhanced GPS-based geolocation.

COMMUNICATION
Clients can choose from a wide range of radio options, including:

NEW: Silabs (using multi-channel Wirepas RPMA (Trilliant)

communication protocol) LoRaWAN
Digi XBee Pro 2.4 GH Honeywell / Elster (Energy Axis EA900, SynergyNet)
Digi XBee Pro 900MHz

KEY CHARACTERISTICS OF WIREPASS

Wirepas Mesh enables large-scale wireless IoT networking. Wirepas Mesh is a decentralized IoT network protocol that
can be used to connect and identify lights, sensors, beacons, assets, machines and meters in cities, buildings, industry,
logistics and energy – all at unrivalled scale and density, with unprecedented flexibility and reliability.
Self-healing and interference avoidance methods are built into Wirepas to enhance reliability and availability.

Low-latency multi-hop message transfer is supported for applications that require delays ranging from tens to
hundreds of milliseconds

Connections and coverage for an unlimited number of devices – all devices can route data and can make routing
decisions locally.

SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE

Communication between devices occurs over a private radio network and is protected by 128-bit AES encryption Each
node is uniquely serialized with an individual address. Wirepas connectivity features the OMAC1 128-bit message
integrity code.
