The best job in the world!!!

Hello! My name’s Sam Smith. I’m thirty
and I’m from Reading, in the UK. I live
on an island in the Great Barrier reef
in Australia. I work with animals and
write about the animals and the island
on a website.
A typical day on the island
I wake up very early about five o’clock and get up at a quarter past five.
There are lots of animals and I give them food. I check the weather and write on
the website. At eight o’clock I go running and then I have breakfast. I eat eggs,
toast, fruit, and cereal. Then I go to the beach.
At twelve o’clock I write my blog. I finish this at two o’clock. Then it’s time for
lunch. I eat a sandwich or fruit. At four o’clock in the afternoon I work in the
garden. At half past five I check my blog and write emails. When I finish it’s
eight o’clock – time for dinner!
At half past nine I go to bed. I read for an hour and then go to sleep at half
past ten.
Advantages and disadvantages of the job
I love life on the island. I like the beach and the animals. But i wake up very
early. I don’t like that!
