launched in France and will be extended to other European countries and Latin America in the coming months. In France, Sodexo Pass
Restaurant card holders will now be able to have meal delivered from their favorite restaurants, 7 days a week with no minimum order
required and up to 38 euros a day1, everywhere where Uber Eats is present - that is in over 240 French cities. The new service, eagerly
awaited with the growth of remote working, complements the current online ordering and payment offering with the Pass Restaurant card.
It represents a major opportunity for the 22,000 restaurants and merchants partnering with Uber Eats and Sodexo in France. This
agreement continues to illustrate the acceleration of the digitalization of Sodexo's Benefits and Rewards offerings for the hundreds of
thousands of French employees who are Pass Restaurant card holders. Sodexo and Uber Eats are partnering to facilitate users’ daily life

Furthering its commitment to using data for good and advancing gender equality, Alliance Data Systems Corporation, a leading
provider of data-driven marketing, loyalty and payment solutions, announced a two-year $800,000 donation to Columbus-based
Ruling Our eXperiences (ROX), a national non-profit leader in evidence-based programming, research and education focused on
girls. Alliance Data's donation will fund The Girls' IndexTM 2022, a large, national research study of more than 20,000 U.S. girls in
grades 5 through 12. Building on the findings of The Girls' IndexTM 2017, the country's largest study of its kind, the goal of the study
is to understand the experiences, perceptions, beliefs and behaviors of girls. Findings from the research will be used to identify the
social, emotional and academic needs of girls, and will help educators, parents, mentors and coaches make data-informed decisions
in schools and communities throughout the country. With the goal of ensuring a diverse and nationally representative sample, ROX
is currently recruiting schools to participate in the project. Participating schools will receive a customized, detailed report outlining
findings from their school along with analysis that can be used for administrative decision-making. Comprehensive survey findings
will be published in late 2022, and applications are available on the ROX website.

to ensure the IHS Markit Meta-Registry delivers on its objectives and meets the wider industry needs. The Advisory Board at launch includes
representatives from:
• Programs/Standards: Global Carbon Council, Gold Standard, REDD.plus, UK Woodland Carbon Code and Verra
• NGOs/Industry associations: Conservation International, Environmental Defense Fund and the International Emissions Trading Association
(IETA)
• Private sector: Bank of America, Bluesource, CBL Markets, Chevron, Goldman Sachs, Hartree Partners, Microsoft and Temasek
The World Bank will participate on the Advisory Board as an observer. The Meta-Registry complements the World Bank's Climate Warehouse

energy sources (renewable electricity) by 2023. With growing global interest in societal issues such as the environment and
energy, Epson established its Environmental Vision 2050 to express its commitment to environmental management, and
subsequently rolled out various measures aimed at achieving this. The Paris Agreement subsequently established decarbonization
targets, and Epson created a scenario to achieve by FY2025 science-based targets aimed at achieving these goals. This scenario
included the use of renewable electricity as an important theme, and Epson made plans and implemented measures to expand its
use over the long term. The company has established its policy as it seeks to accelerate its plans to become a leading
environmental company, and with the belief that climate change represents a serious corporate risk and that Epson must play a
greater role in mitigating that risk as it rolls out its business worldwide. As a result of these plans, Epson has calculated it can
reduce emissions of CO2 by 36,000 tonnes annually to zero by using 100% renewable electricity at all sites worldwide by 2023.
