Modernization 2:Encoder
This part needs to be replaced when the disc horse
friction wheel structure traction machine is
configured (the revolving is not used), because all
the PG cards of our NICE3000new can not support
the voltage of the tachometer, so we should replace
it with the ABZ encoder (pulse 1024).

Use encoder instead of Tachometer directly ,


Encoder Type is ABZ encoder , Pluse is 1024 .

Modernization 3:Sensor

通过EE-SX 670P(PNP型光电开关)光电来记录实际电机的圈数,系
统记录每一圈反馈的编码器实际脉冲数,当摩擦轮磨损严重时,实际反馈
的每圈脉冲数变化,通过变化量进行判断提前预警。
The number of turns of the actual motor is recorded by EE-SX 670P (PNP type
photoelectric switch) photoelectric. The system records the actual pulse number
of the encoder fed back every turn. When the friction wheel wears seriously, the
actual number of pulses per revolution changes. The amount of change is judged
in advance.
4:Door System

调查几个现场一般采用门机用的是AMD系列马达还是直流型的,无法用
我司门机替代。相关门的信号用我司HCB-B与现场门机对接。此板支持
前后门控制,由于我司系统为高电平有效,需将光幕、开门到位、关门
到位通过HCB-B进行转换。

Investigating several sites generally uses AMD series motors or DC type for
door machines, which cannot be replaced by our door machine. The signal of
the relevant door is connected with the on-site door machine by our HCB-B.
This board supports front and rear door control. Since our system is active high,
we need to convert the light curtain, open the door and close the door in place
through HCB-B.
