Overview
This project is developed so that users can view the information about registered blood donors such as
name, address and other information such as personal information along with their details of blood
group and other medical information of donor. The project also has a login page where the user is
required to register and only then can view the availability of blood and may also register to donate
blood if user wishes to. This will take users location access by using GPS to get nearby medical centre,
blood donor and blood seeker as well.

Justification
This project acts as an important role in saving life of human beings and which is also its main aim. This
application is to reduce the time to a great extent that is spent in searching for the right donor and the
availability of blood required. In our country people face many problems to get a blood donor. Some of
blood bank related organisation do business by selling blood. People face some dishonest broker of
those are related with this blood business. By using this application user could get blood donor without
facing this type of problem.

Goals
1. Create a responsive android application where users can have a single interface to search
for blood donor availabilities around them within a short time.
2. Blood seekers can easily get their blood donor without facing any hesitation.
3. Blood seekers can get blood without paying any money.

Specifications
1. Donor search module will allow blood seeker to search for blood donor with information.
2. Donation module that will allow donor to give a confirmation message to the blood seeker.
3. A registration module will allow user to register for an account with necessary information.
4. An admin module to monitor on various activities such as number of donor and blood seeker,
rating given by the blood seeker, analysing the feedback given by the user.
5. A login module will allow only the registered user to login and thereby preventing unauthorized
access.

Phase 1 In this phase, the donor module and 3 weeks 20000

user information.
Phase 3 This phase will involve developing the 3 weeks 20000
admin dashboard for generating
reports, monitoring activities and so on.

Payment Plan
1. An advance payment of BDT 15,000 will be required to start the project.
2. The rest of the money must be paid based on phases. Complete payment due for each phase
must be paid within 10 days of the completion of the phase.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. The Advance payment becomes non-refundable after two weeks of the project initiation.
2. After completion of all phases, the client will have a window of one (1) month to report any
issues that may have been caused by the application programming. These issues will be fixed
for free.
3. After the end of one month of free support period after final product delivery, any and all works
requested by client will incur charges on the client based on negotiated pricing.
