I want to work at camp because I believe is a great way to improve myself, a way

of living new experiences. It's a great opportunity for developing new skills as leadership,
communication and creativity in a uniquely supportive environment. The days come and go but
this kind memories are forever, Working with children is one of the most amazing moments I
could have, I mean, living in a camp sharing the best moments for long hours, being creative
and getting responsibilities is kind of exciting. I think at camp I will put myself into
situations which I wouldn't normally be.
I had the opportunity to interact with amazingly talented kids at musical

program for Christmas, I was in charge of teaching the guitar and ukulele, we worked together
on guitar technique and deciding which would be the best songs for that special day. Most Kids
were around 12 and 16 years old, It was incredibly rewarding as a coach to watch kids enjoy
all the process. Every child is different, and part of what I love about this activity is that
I get to help each one discover his own strengths, through music I can bring all my experience
not simply teaching guitar but helping to find children skills. I am very energetic and fun
and I consider this important because children see it, I mean your behavior, your interest,
your activities, so I always try to improve those skills. I have to say I enjoyed every single
session. I don't care if an activity is too embarrassing, we as counselors have the
responsibility to make every activity as unforgettable as possible, although I'm still Young I
treated them like if they were my own children, I worried about if they were hungry, happy or
sad. Some moments in the class I found myself in stressful situations, I want to point out
that they were 25 kids, and each one of them behave really different but at the end of the day
what really cares is how I can make a difference and mostly important to show the children
they are unique.
As a counselor, you are a role model for children, they expect the best of you

so every time you must be prepared for anything to happen, when they are sad or bored,
counselors must act and prepare games or songs for making the camp experience as pleasant as
possible. A counselor is a friend, and adult figure and must be a good team player because you
are working with people from around the world, in other words your main fous are the campers
and make their experience at camp unforgettable.
Main purpose of a good camp experience is to make the stay as pleasant as

possible for campers, I'm pretty sure that music is one of those activities you never forget
in your life, I can be an excellent coach.Before I had the opportunity to work with kids at
school and now I want to bring up that experience and to take it to the next level.I can have
a positive impact because I know it's not only the fact of learning a new instrument but also
enhancing work team and having fun in order to make this activity unforgettable for me and for
campers. I'm a good team player. I've got good people skills, and I never miss something
important.When things get crazy or hectic, I think that I work very well under pressure.I
always try to be the first when it's about responsibility and collaboration. Music,
engineering and sports have been an important part of my life. I started playing guitar and
ukulele since I was very young and now I have a good background on it and feel very confident
in supporting people who want to learn from me.I'm outgoing, creative, confident, and those
skills will allow me to have a good impression at camp.Lately in this application process I
have been very excited so playing and singing camp songs is one of my hobbies too.I mean music
is a whole activity at camp, guitar and ukelele are good company for those campers who want to
be having fun all the time!

healthy and relaxing. I love
to do it, breathing fresh
air, interacting with people,
doing group activities is
just awesome. This activity
helped me a lot, I learned to
